The situation: mo.co launched globally with an unconventional, community-first, invite-only rollout — no traditional paid splash at first. Marketing art and video had to land precisely against a tightly choreographed launch sequence across app stores, social, website, trailer and in-game. 
My role: Marketing & Creative Producer owning cross-functional production of marketing art and animation. 
What I did: Coordinated the launch asset suite (key art, trailer, app-store assets, website, re-engagement) to hit each slot in the sequence; ran production across brand, marketing, UA and external vendors; enforced timelines, budgets, naming conventions and brand/lore guardrails; stayed the calm point of coordination during a deliberately uncomfortable, high-pressure launch.
 Outcome. A complete, on-brand asset set shipped on schedule, with a repeatable structure that carried into seasonal content.
