Our challenge was to keep up with a market that demands constant, on-brand social content, without reinventing the wheel each time, so I led the creation of a 2D asset library alongside with our creative director at mo.co— 50+ illustrations of weapons, monsters and Founders designed to drop straight into social posts. Managed daily workflow, feedback, tasks, deliverables and priorities for 6 internal artists.
Result was a consistent, reusable 2D library that speeds up production and lets the team ship far more pieces while staying on brand.
